Organising an after-funeral reception can add to the stress of losing a family member or close friend. We offer a choice of menus and refreshments for you to choose from and can accommodate any size of gathering up to 230 guests.


Our Events Manager will organise every detail of the after-funeral reception. Our attentive staff will look after you and serve refreshments and stay on hand for any other requirements you have. We also provide direct access for disabled and elderly guests, and ample complimentary car parking.

Buffet Menu

Whether it’s a small buffet for 30 or an evening reception for 200, you need look no further than The Park Hotel. We can provide the right buffet with style and elegance.
In order to meet with your budget and individual taste, we have prepared a buffet selector from which you can compile a menu suitable for your individual function.
We have selected some sample buffets for you but you can always add on additions from the list. A minimum of 80% of the guests attending must be catered for although we always recommend that you provide enough food for everyone. These sample buffets below show dishes which not only complement each other but also offer a minimum spend of just £9.50 per person.
