Small gatherings of 30 to lavish parties for 230, whatever your size party we have a room to suit.

We can also assist with venue dressing, DJ’s, entertainers and live bands. Please ask a coordinator for more details.

Option 2. Room Hire & Buffet

Hire the room of your choice £300 for the Park Suite & £500 for the Aintree Suite then select your buffet menu from options below.

Buffet prices start from as little as £11.50 per guest 

We have selected some sample buffets for you but you can always add on additions from the list. A minimum of 80% of the guests attending must be catered for although we always recommend that you provide enough food for everyone. These sample buffets below show dishes which not only complement each other but also offer a minimum spend of just £11.50 per person.
